When was the last time you gave yourself permission to think. To turn off the noise, the music, set the phone down and think. Our minds are immensely powerful. Cultivating life or death all by the seed of a thought.

Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason why so few engage in it.~ Henry Ford

Truly, thoughts are things, and their scope of operation is the world, itself.~Napoleon Hill

There are principles God has put in place for us to live by or receive consequences from. We cannot consistently violate Gods principles and expect to gain positive results. For example, your lack of money may be a direct result of you violating financial principles but you continue to ask God to bless you. It doesn’t work that way. Same goes for our thinking.

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.~ Proverbs 23:7

There is a book entitled, The Ant and The Elephant. It compares our conscious mind to our subconscious mind. The conscious speaks in words but the subconscious speaks in images. A single conscious thought uses about two thousand neurons while a thought in the subconscious mind uses about 2 billion neurons. This is equivalent to an ant compared to an elephant. Our mind is rarely used to its potential. Unfortunately, the part of the mind we do use is to beat ourselves down. We remind ourselves of our failures or short comings.

If your friend talked to you like you talk to yourself, you would punch him in the nose.~ Chris Brady

Always talk to yourself, but never listen to yourself.~ Terri Brady

Focus on the positive. Create a positive affirmation statement about yourself. Include the things your good at and who you want to be come. Commit it to memory and for each statement have a vivid mental picture to engage your subconscious.

The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.~ Unknown

Know that you are capable of becoming and doing far more than you currently are. It starts with thinking. Think well.
